Vanilla bean overnight porridge with fresh persimmons and a bit of melty chocolate bark with pumpkin seeds, cranberries, cacao nibs, pecans and cinnamon! Spiced hemp mylk latte on the side. Oooh yeah today is going to be a great day

Overnight Vanilla Bean Porridge

1 cup rolled oats
1 cup vanilla hemp mylk
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
1 tsp agave

*Put all ingredients in a bowl and place in the refrigerator overnight. You’re oats should be done by morning time.

Top with chocolate bark, pumpkin seeds, cranberries, cacao nibs, pecans and cinnamon.


Pink Porridge

A yummy bowl of pink porridge! Rolled and steal cut oats mixed with chia seeds and chewy granola. Topped with shredded beets, sliced apples, strawberries, orange zest and buckinis. Pour vanilla hemp mylk on top and watch the magic happen.

Porridge:
1 cup steal cut oats
1 cup rolled oats
2 1/2 cups vanilla hemp mylk
1 tbsp agave
*mix ingredients together in pot. Cook on stove until mylk is absorbed and oats are soft.

Top with:
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 beet (shredded)
1/2 apple (diced)
3 strawberries (sliced)
1 tbsp orange zest
More hemp mylk for pouring.

Cherry Chocolate Overnight Oats

Chocolate Cherry Oats
Cold vanilla hemp mylk overnight oats with cherries, cacao nibs, sprouted buckwheat groats and a raw chocolate and coconut oil drizzle. Iced mint espresso on the side.

Overnight Oats
2 cups rolled oats
2 cups pacific foods vanilla hemp mylk
1 tsp maple syrup
*Combine in a bowl and let sit in the fridge overnight

Top with cherries, cacao nibs, sprouted buckwheat groats and a raw chocolate and coconut oil drizzle.

Raw Chocolate Drizzle
1 tbsp. raw cocoa powder
1 tsp. coconut oil (liquid)
1 tsp agave
*make sure mixture is room temp or warm so the coconut oil does not solidify. Stir and drizzle on top.

Brunch in bed earlier this morning… Porridge and podcasts on this rainy Saturday! Don’t you just love jumping back in bed on the weekend (especially when it’s chilly outside) and snuggling into those warm blankets just a little bit longer. Ahhh Weekend Heaven! Vanilla hemp mylk overnight oats with peaches, figs, bananas, cherries, blackberries, pumpkin seeds, buckinis and cacao nibs.

Overnight Oats
2 cups rolled oats
2 cups pacific foods vanilla hemp mylk
1 tsp maple syrup
*Combine in a bowl and let sit in the fridge overnight
Top with peaches, figs, bananas, cherries, blackberries, pumpkin seeds, buckinis and cacao nibs.


Peanut Butter & Jelly Bowl

Mmmm my breakfast game was on point this morning… overnight vanilla hemp mylk steel cut oats topped with cinnamon chia seed pudding, fresh strawberry “jam” and peanut butter swirls with black and blueberries. Husband approved…”the best pb & j bowl ever!”

Overnight Oats
2 cups rolled oats
2 cups pacific foods vanilla hemp mylk
1 tsp maple syrup (or agave)
*Combine in a bowl and let sit in the fridge overnight

Cinnamon Chia Seeds
2 tbsp. chia seeds
1 cup mylk of your choice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp. agave
*Combine in a cup. Stir and let sit in the fridge overnight

Strawberry “Jam”
5 strawberries
1 tsp. agave
*Blend in a blender until smooth

PB Swirls
1 tbsp. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. coconut oil
*Heat in a small cup. Stir until smooth.
