Savory baked yam fries (oil free) with avo aioli sauce.
Yam Fries
2 yams
2 cloves garlic (pressed)
1/4 tsp sweet paprika
salt and pepper to taste
1 tomato (chopped)
1 tbsp. cilantro
*Cut yams into spears and coat with garlic, paprika + salt and pepper. Place on a cookie sheet lined with a nonstick mat. Bake for 20 minutes at 400F turing to prevent burning. Top with tomato and cilantro
Avocado Aioli
1 avocado
1/2 clove garlic
5 basil leaves
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp fresh lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste
*Blend in a food processor until creamy. You may need to add a bit of water to thin the sauce.
