We had a fun lunch play date at the park today! When Maggie saw this picture later she said “Mom! LOOK! It’s my friend family!” I couldn’t say it better Mags. We are thankful for all the friends that do life with us, pictured and not!

When our girl was diagnosed with multiple anaphyla

When our girl was diagnosed with multiple anaphylactic food allergies we were heartbroken for her and so scared. Our allergist at Kaiser told us to prepare for life long reactions with a 10% chance of outgrowing her most severe foods. We didn’t like that answer. Through friends and strangers reaching out, we found the @socalfoodallergy Tolerance Induction Program. We are so thankful for Dr. Rondhawa and his team - and what a blessing that his institute is in Long Beach (many families fly across the world for this program)! They are giving our girl a chance of living a “normal” life, free from serious reactions.

This art is so special to us and was created by a patient in the program @wildnsun for Maggie. What a beautiful way to support her fellow #foodallergy community. Thank you Ellery! We’re going to display it in Maggie’s room so she can be reminded of how brave and strong she is ❤️🥲. And thank you to all the allergy families that have been so open with advice and support. We’re excited to be on our way! 1 month down. 54 months to go! You’ve got this baby girl! We’re all behind you!

19 YEARS of best friendship with you and 9 of those years married. Thank you God! With every passing year I’m reminded of what an honor and blessing it is to be by your side. I love this life we’ve built together. You’re rock solid, always confident, calm, collected and 110% supportive and loving. Tom Khai Gai. Thai coconut, lemongrass, chicken soup. It has it all…that tangy citrus, salt, sweet, spicy heat and creaminess from the coconut. 🤤 I used a recipe similar to @40aprons if you want to make it yourself 👍🏻👍🏻
