Salted caramel swirl ice cream for BREAKFAST! Refined sugar free, dairy free and guilt free! It’s no secret that I have a major sweet tooth. Here is a treat that’ll satisfy your cravings.
“Ice Cream”
3 frozen bananas
A splash of vanilla hemp mylk
1 tsp vanilla bean paste (or extract)
*Blend until smooth
Salted Caramel Swirl
10 soft pitted dates
1 tsp vanilla bean paste (or extract)
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 tsp sea salt
*Blend until smooth. Fold salted caramel into ice cream.
