Vanilla bean overnight porridge with fresh persimmons and a bit of melty chocolate bark with pumpkin seeds, cranberries, cacao nibs, pecans and cinnamon! Spiced hemp mylk latte on the side. Oooh yeah today is going to be a great day

Overnight Vanilla Bean Porridge

1 cup rolled oats
1 cup vanilla hemp mylk
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
1 tsp agave

*Put all ingredients in a bowl and place in the refrigerator overnight. You’re oats should be done by morning time.

Top with chocolate bark, pumpkin seeds, cranberries, cacao nibs, pecans and cinnamon.
