A yummy bowl of pink porridge! Rolled and steal cut oats mixed with chia seeds and chewy granola. Topped with shredded beets, sliced apples, strawberries, orange zest and buckinis. Pour vanilla hemp mylk on top and watch the magic happen.
Porridge:
1 cup steal cut oats
1 cup rolled oats
2 1/2 cups vanilla hemp mylk
1 tbsp agave
*mix ingredients together in pot. Cook on stove until mylk is absorbed and oats are soft.
Top with:
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 beet (shredded)
1/2 apple (diced)
3 strawberries (sliced)
1 tbsp orange zest
More hemp mylk for pouring.
