Butter Lettuce Veggie Wraps + Spicy Garlic-Lime-Hummus

Tonight’s din! Lots of these lovely little packages…butter lettuce wraps + avocados, pepperoncini, sliced snap peas, radishes and purple cabbage with tajin spice and a spicy garlic-lime-hummus dipping sauce!

Spicy Garlic-Lime-Hummus
One 15-ounce can chickpeas
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup tahini
1/2 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. olive oil, plus more for serving
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
2 to 3 tablespoons water
Dash of ground paprika
*In a food processor, combine tahini and lime juice. Process for 1 minute until creamy. Add the minced garlic, chili powder, olive oil, salt and cumin to the whipped tahini and lemon juice mixture. blend until smooth, making sure top scrape down the sides on the container with a spatula. Add water until desired consistency is reached. Top with paprika.
