Shared a yummy Buddha Bowl with my baby. Spicy chickpeas cooked in olive oil, curry, red chili pepper, garlic, cardamom and salt; tabouli with finely chopped parsley and onion, quinoa and lemon juice; kale, cabbage, lettuce, crispy baked purple yams and steamed carrots from Opa and Oma’s garden! A rainbow of colors and flavors!
